NCH news room redesign

I built Northwest Community Healthcare’s new ‘hub’ for news articles, called the NCH Health Hub. It features social media buttons in the header and a form to subscribe to the weekly email newsletter. The page displays articles from the email newsletter in the left column, with press releases in the right column. Stories are populated by the content management system’s article manager.


Email marketing

I designed and distributed Northwest Community Healthcare’s A Healthier You email newsletter, which was sent to approximately 100,000 patients and community members each month, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

WomanCare at NCH webpage

I created the home page for the WomanCare at NCH medical practice, including a dynamic physician listing in SQL, links to office locations and links to content in the NCH health library.

Healthcare landing pages

In 2016, I created these new landing pages for Northwest Community Healthcare’s Centers of Excellence, which include the Neuroscience Center, Cancer Center and Digestive Disorders Center.

The Neuroscience Center had a +243% increase in page views and +127% increase in unique page views. The Cancer Center had a +35% increase in page views and +27% increase in unique page views.

Breakfast with IGA is an annual campaign, featuring Smucker’s breakfast products.

IGA Video Player

I created a microsite to showcase IGA’s 2013 “International Retailer of the Year” videos.

IGA Peanut Butter and Jelly campaign

Share a PB&J with IGA was the second-most successful IGA Brand campaign of 2014. The two-week campaign led to average sales lifts of +123% for IGA Brand peanut butter and +162% for IGA Brand jelly, in the top 100 IGA stores. Nationwide, the offer was redeemed more than 4,000 times.

IGA Brand Signage

More than 300 IGA stores participated in this offer in October 2014. Overall, the two-week campaign produced an 18% sales lift for all IGA Brand products, nationwide.

I created these graphics, which have been featured on and hundreds of IGA retailers’ websites.

Logo and Icon Design

I designed a logo/icon for IGA’s new shopper marketing program, IGA Performance Insights.

Grocery store blade signs

I created 12 custom “blade” signs for the wine and spirits departments of Joe Caputo & Sons IGA. At the time, the company owned and operated five grocery stores in suburban Chicago.
